1985 Passport 47

Ghost is a 1985 Passport 47, a center cockpit cruising sailboat with fiberglass construction and a 14-foot beam. The boat is powered by a Beta Marine diesel engine rated at 50 horsepower with approximately 1,300 hours of operation. She draws 6 feet 6 inches and displaces 34,000 pounds, with 12,000 pounds of ballast. The design is by Robert Perry.

The interior features solid Burmese teak throughout, including staving on the cabin sole, louvered locker doors, raised panel and frame cabin doors, and teak trim. Two heads are installed. The boat carries a furling headsail and in-mast mainsail system for easy handling by a small crew. She is suitable for extended cruising or weekend sailing.

Recent work has included removal of the teak deck. The boat has been well maintained and is equipped for comfortable cruising.
