This 1985 Post 43 Sportfish Convertible is built on a fiberglass hull 43 feet long and 15.75 feet across the beam. Twin Detroit Diesel 6V71TI engines produce 450 horsepower each and were professionally overhauled in 2001, accumulating roughly 500 hours since the work was completed. The boat receives regular oil and filter service along with professional tune-ups by a Detroit Diesel mechanic. An Onan 8-kilowatt generator provides auxiliary power, and the propellers are 24-inch by 26-inch three-blade bronze.
The interior layout includes a spacious salon with an L-shaped sofa and two reupholstered barrel chairs from 2018, along with a teak table. A galley is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, and new stove. Forward stateroom has a queen berth, and a separate bunk room provides additional sleeping space. Reverse-cycle air conditioning runs throughout. The head is VacuFlush with a 35-gallon holding tank.
Onboard systems include a Furuno 1831 radar, Furuno NavNet electronics, windlass anchor system, underwater lights, and an engine room fire suppression system. Multiple bilge pumps, a battery charger, and block heaters support operations. A cockpit awning with poles and an EZ2CY bridge enclosure added in 2022 enhance outdoor and covered areas.
