The Sabre 38 is a fiberglass auxiliary sloop built by Sabre Yachts in the mid-1980s. Designed as a moderate-displacement cruiser, the yacht combines solid sailing performance with stability, making it capable both as a day sailor and coastal cruiser. The 38-foot length and 11.5-foot beam create a well-proportioned hull with a stiff platform and strong righting moment.
Power comes from a Westerbeke diesel engine rated at 33 horsepower. The fuel tank holds 45 gallons and the water tanks carry 100 gallons, supporting extended cruising range. The engine has been well maintained and is in working order.
Recent upgrades include new sails and a new touch screen chart plotter for navigation. The yacht is in very good to excellent overall condition.
