A 70-foot commercial party and fishing boat built in 1986, the Atlantis is a fiberglass-hulled explorer designed for working operations. Three Detroit Diesel 6-71 engines, each rated at 205 horsepower, propel the boat to a cruising speed of 9 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots. The vessel carries approximately 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel.
The Atlantis features expansive deck space with unobstructed 360-degree walkways on the main deck and a substantial upper deck. Pole holders and bench seating are distributed throughout. The aft deck includes a live bait well and ice box. The main salon contains three dinettes, bench seating, and two heads. Below deck are forward and midships holds that were previously used for berths and have been refurbished as open space available for customization.
The boat is certified to carry 87 passengers and 3 crew members, with certification valid through October 2025. A stability survey was issued in December 2011. A recent survey from October 2024 is available upon request.
