1989 Sea Ray 300 Sedan Bridge

The 1989 Sea Ray 300 Sedan Bridge is a 30-foot flybridge cruiser built on a solid fiberglass hull with a 11-foot beam. Twin Mercruiser 454 engines rated at 520 horsepower provide power for a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots. The engines have approximately 900 hours of operation and are reported to be in good working condition. The boat carries dual 100-gallon fuel tanks and is equipped with a 2014 Furuno pedestal array radar unit with 3-foot antenna. A removable maroon Bimini and camper canvas covers the boat.

The cabin layout accommodates six people across multiple sleeping areas. The forward stateroom contains a double berth, while a mid-cabin stateroom is tucked beneath the raised dinette on the port side. The salon features a full galley with double sink, double burner electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. A head with shower is situated aft in the salon. Additional amenities include two heating and air conditioning units, a central vacuum system, a windlass, and a hot water heater installed two years ago. The large flybridge offers two helm chairs and a bench seat for guests.

The hull was freshly painted and the boat was hauled out of the water in September 2022, then power washed and stored indoors. A new hot water heater was installed approximately two years prior. The holding tank was pumped out and the boat was thoroughly winterized. The electrical system includes 30-amp service and a cable television connection point.
