A 1991 Custom-built Ropax Night Ferry designed for efficient passenger and vehicle transport across open waters. The steel-hulled design spans 476 feet in length with an 84-foot beam, delivering a gross tonnage of 22,070 tons. Four Wartsila 12 VASA 32 diesel engines produce 14,800 kilowatts total, enabling a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 19 knots. The yacht is equipped with bow thrusters and pair of stabilizers for improved maneuverability and sea-keeping.

Accommodation comprises 204 passenger cabins in two and four-berth configurations, providing a total of 515 berths. Each cabin features comfortable mattresses, bed linen, toiletries, and television access. Shared passenger amenities include a 222-seat restaurant, 241-seat bar, a 12-seat lounge, a snack room, playroom, gaming area, and reception facilities.

The vessel operates with substantial cargo capability: a garage accommodates 1,482 linear meters of trailer space plus 110 cars across multiple decks, accessed via fixed ramps between Deck 1 and Deck 2, Deck 2 and Deck 3, and at Deck 4. Forty-two reefer plugs support temperature-controlled cargo, distributed across Deck 2 and Deck 3. The yacht is classed with Bureau Veritas and holds full Unrestricted Navigation certification.
