1993 Skipperliner 49 Passenger Yacht
About This Yacht
This 1993 Skipperliner is a 65-foot steel-hulled passenger yacht built by Skipperliner Shipyard in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and constructed to USCG standards with a current Certificate of Inspection. Two Caterpillar diesel engines rated at 410 horsepower each drive the yacht to a cruising speed of 12 knots. The all-welded steel hull and deckhouse provide a durable platform for extended service.
The layout centers on passenger comfort and event hosting. A forward bar service area, midship enclosed dining salon, and full galley and head aft support the accommodation. The upper deck features a forward control station with a canvas and Isinglass canopy, plus an open-air observation area. The yacht can accommodate up to 40 guests for summer receptions, 30 for reception-style events year-round, or 25 for seated buffet service.
A significant refurbishment in 2021 included a redesigned galley, new black water tank, new hull plates beneath the port engine and black water tank, new galley deck covering, engine realignment, and inspection and service of propeller shafts, propellers, and rudders. Fresh fuel and water tank vents were also installed. In 2023, the upper deck covering was removed and renewed with a new epoxy coating.
