1996 Gozzard 31

The Gozzard 31 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built in 1996, designed as a capable and compact cruiser. The hull features a skeg-hung rudder for offshore safety and a shoal draft, making it well-suited to shallow-water exploration. Power comes from a 35-horsepower Westerbeke diesel engine, which has accumulated only 704 hours of operation.

The interior showcases cherry woodwork throughout and a teak and holly sole. A single cabin provides sleeping accommodations. The cockpit features teak highlighted with Cetol finish, recently maintained in 2026. A notable design element is the drop-down transom with integrated swim platform, adding versatility to the boat's use.

Recent work includes installation of a new dripless shaft seal. The boat's design prioritizes usable interior space for its size, offering ample room for living aboard or extended cruising.
