1996 Mainship 31 Sedan Bridge

The 1996 Mainship 31 Sedan Bridge is a fiberglass trawler built for extended cruising. Powered by twin Marine Power inboard engines producing 650 horsepower combined, the boat reaches a cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum speed of 20 knots. The 31-foot hull with an 11.8-foot beam offers a stable platform for both open water and coastal exploration.

Below deck, two cabins provide sleeping quarters—a queen master and a double bunk in the forward cabin. The galley is equipped with a convection stove, microwave, and refrigeration. Air conditioning and a generator support comfortable cruising, though the generator is currently non-operational. An electric windlass simplifies anchoring operations.

Recent work includes engine rebuilds completed in 2021 with fewer than 250 hours of use since then, and a new alternator installed in 2025. Hydra Foam decking was added in 2024. The Garmin chartplotter was upgraded in 2023. Eisenglass and canvas are reported in good condition. The boat features a large flybridge and accommodates six people for social gatherings.
