1997 Dehler 35

This 1997 Dehler 35 is a fiberglass sloop-rigged cruising yacht built with solid construction: monolithic hull, sandwich deck with stress reinforcement, and bulkheads laminated to the hull. The 7/8 rig includes a throughmast supported at the keel with a full-batten North Sails mainsail (2019) and a 110% roller-furling North Sails genoa (2019), supplemented by a Code 0 from 2022. Deck hardware is Harken and Spinlock. The boat carries a Yanmar 3GM30 diesel engine with 1500 operating hours, paired with a Gori two-blade propeller and shaft drive.

Navigation and autopilot systems center on Raymarine electronics: a 9-inch Axiom 7 multifunction display (2023), hydraulic autopilot (2021), and wind instrument. Additional systems include a Furuno radar, Raymarine GPS/plotter with VHF and DSC, AIS transceiver, and Raytheon wind equipment. Deck equipment includes a Lewmar electric windlass with anchor and chain, swim platform, teak in the cockpit, and shower.

Maintenance records show regular annual service. Recent work includes exhaust elbow replacement and engine battery (2024), fuel pump (2023), water pump (2022), and stuffing box (2021). The mast base was renewed in 2019, along with upper shrouds and backstay. Standing rigging was replaced in 2014.
