1999 Beneteau Oceanis 352

The Beneteau Oceanis 352 is a 35-foot fiberglass sloop built in 1999. Its twin keel design provides stability and responsive handling. A single Yanmar 3GM27 diesel engine rated at 27 horsepower drives the boat, supported by an electric windlass for anchoring.

Below deck, the yacht offers two cabins and one head. The layout is arranged for comfortable cruising, with adequate space for extended time at sea or weekend outings.

The boat has been maintained over the years with several updates: sails (mainsail and genoa) were replaced in 2020, the bottom coat was renewed in 2021, and a Raymarine GPS was installed that same year. A solar panel and full enclosure are onboard. The yacht has been kept in fresh water except for eight months spent in Gaspé, Quebec.
