This 1997 Lazy Days houseboat measures 85 feet long with a 16-foot beam and an aluminum hull. Twin Cummins diesel engines power the boat, supported by a 20-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. The flybridge features dual controls, a radar arch, and a new bimini top with dock boxes. A davit on the top deck accommodates a personal watercraft.
The interior includes four bedrooms—a master with king bed, built-in vanity and dresser; a guest stateroom with queen bed; a bunk cabin; and an office. Three full bathrooms serve the accommodations. The salon contains an entertainment center with smart television, sofa, and two chairs. The galley is equipped with new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, smooth-top range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge, along with new quartz countertops and tile backsplash. A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are installed below deck. The rooftop features a bar area with beverage center, storage, sink, and new grill.
Recent updates include new heads and vanities throughout the three bathrooms, new 100-gallon holding tanks installed in 2025, new carpet and automated blinds in all interior spaces, new kitchen and bath fixtures, and new quartz countertops. The flybridge received a new bimini top and the bow and swim platform feature new aquamarine sea deck. The top deck has new teak furniture and new hard sides. Climate control is provided by three Cruisair marine heat and air units. The bottom was painted in 2022, and engines and generator were serviced in 2025.
