This 85-foot Starlite houseboat is built on an aluminum hull and designed for full-time living or extended cruising. Twin 5.0L Mercruiser MPI engines with Bravo II outdrives and a bow thruster provide propulsion and maneuvering, with engine hours at 197. A 20 KW Westerbeke generator supports onboard systems, backed by a 3000W inverter and ten new batteries installed in 2024.
The interior accommodates five bedrooms across the boat: a king master, queen guest cabin, queen cuddy, and bunk room. Two full bathrooms with heads, vanities, and showers serve the living spaces. The galley features stainless-steel appliances including a 30-inch electric range, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, full dishwasher, and microwave. A stackable washer and dryer pair is included. The main salon holds an entertainment center with a 4K flat-screen TV and large sectional sofa, while a built-in dining bar seats seven with additional storage.
The boat's exterior spaces are extensive. A flybridge comes equipped with controls, sport top, and arch. A 24-foot canvas party top—newly recovered with lights, fan, speakers, and a flat-screen TV—tops the upper deck, which also holds a six-person hot tub and a three-piece bar setup with refrigerator, ice maker, and grill. The front deck features an enclosed area with new isinglass and screens, hard doors, and a flat-screen TV. The aft deck includes a water slide with lake pump, two PWC ramps with winches, and mooring whips. Deck furniture spans front, top, and aft areas. Additional features include an auto-track satellite system, surround sound, WiFi hub, and a new 4.0 central HVAC unit installed on the aft deck.
