2007 Thoroughbred Houseboat

This 85-foot aluminum houseboat is built for extended cruising and comfortable living. Twin V6 4.3 fuel-injected engines with Bravo 1 outdrives deliver power with electric shift and micro command controls, backed by a 20-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. The boat carries 270 gallons of fuel across three tanks and features front and rear hydraulic thrusters for precise maneuvering.

The main deck includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms arranged in a side-hallway layout. Living spaces feature a fiberglass party top with bar, refrigerator, sink, and separate Weber grill. A slide provides direct water access. The flybridge is spacious and furnished with Winston patio furniture. An enclosure forward protects the front areas from weather.

Systems are well-appointed for extended stays. A 2.5-ton HVAC unit was installed in 2023. Fresh water capacity stands at 250 gallons, supported by eight AGM batteries installed in 2021 and a 3,000-watt inverter. An oil change system and MSD sanitation system are integrated. The hull is protected with Pitthane coating applied in 2022. Engine hours total approximately 300, and the generator has roughly 2,500 hours. A length of rope is included for secure anchoring.
