A 1997 Little Harbor WhisperJet 36 with extended cabin accommodations. The composite hull features Aristo Blue Awlgrip topsides with a double white bootstripe and white deck, which was sandblasted and barrier coated in 2021. The boat was repowered in 2009 with twin fuel-injected MerCruiser 8.1-liter Horizon engines producing 375 hp each, paired with Hamilton waterjet propulsion. A major service on both engines and waterjets was performed in 2021. The boat carries twin Borg Warner transmissions, a Bennett trim plate system, and Teleflex hydraulic steering.
The soft-top pilothouse features a full isinglass enclosure and opening center windshield pane. Below, the single cabin includes an L-shaped dinette with a varnished teak double pedestal table that converts to sleeping berth, plus one head. The helm station to starboard is equipped with a cushioned, swivel teak seat and molded dash. Navigation electronics installed in 2024 include a Garmin 18-inch touchscreen, Garmin HD radar, and Standard Horizon VHF. Additional systems include a Raymarine autopilot, B&G Tri-date readout, and side power bow thruster with joystick control.
Electrical systems include four house batteries and two starting batteries installed in 2020 and 2021 respectively, backed by a 25-kw Trace inverter. The boat carries three Rule automatic bilge pumps, fire suppression, and a holding tank with gauge and y-valve. Deck features include varnished teak accents throughout—toe rail, eyebrow, coaming cap, and anchor pulpit—plus an automatic Maxwell electric windlass with a 33-pound plow anchor. New air conditioning was installed in 2024. A telescoping swim ladder is housed under the swim platform.
