1998 Mainship 350 Trawler

This 1998 Mainship 350 is a semi-displacement trawler built on a solid fiberglass hull designed for stability and seaworthiness. Twin Yammer 4LHA-STE diesel engines power the boat and have logged 3,768 hours of operation. An Onan 8kw generator with 2,032 hours is also aboard. The boat features an eight-kilowatt generator and has been maintained with recent service including new impellers, fuel filters, flushed coolant, and new exhaust hoses as of April 2026. Bottom paint was refreshed at the same time.

The layout centers on a spacious salon and galley with two staterooms and one head. A large flybridge provides excellent sightlines and seating, while the generous cockpit serves for entertaining or fishing. Walk-around decks and a single-level living area make the interior feel roomier than the 35-foot length suggests.

Electronics include a Garmin GPSMap 1040xs mounted in the cabin and a 9-inch GPSMap XS on the bridge, paired with Garmin HD Radar, a Standard Horizon VHF, and Raymarine Tridata. Recent upgrades completed in April 2026 encompass a new air conditioning unit in the master stateroom, new mattress, battery replacements, new smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, replacement head hoses, new forward isinglass on the bridge enclosure, and a ProNautics battery charger. The Mainship 350 is recognized as a proven design favored by trawler cruisers for coastal and extended voyages.
