1999 DeFever 49 Pilot House

This 1999 DeFever 49 Pilot House is a fiberglass trawler with a 15-foot beam, powered by twin 135-horsepower Perkins diesel engines with 3,350 hours logged. The yacht carries 1,000 gallons of fuel and 600 gallons of fresh water, with a 12.5 kVA Westerbeke diesel generator for onboard power. A 2,500-watt inverter and 50 kVA isolation transformer round out the electrical system.

Navigation and seakeeping equipment include dual Garmin 8616 plotters, a new Garmin radar, Vesper AIS and VHF radio, two Garmin deck cameras, and a V-2 Smart Pump autopilot. The boat is fitted with a Wesmar 24VDC bow thruster for docking and a NAIAD Model 201 roll stabilizer system for smooth cruising. Anchoring gear consists of a 75-pound anchor with 300 feet of 3/8-inch chain.

The accommodation layout sleeps five across two staterooms and includes two heads. The galley features a four-burner electric flattop stove, convection microwave, full-size KitchenAid refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer, trash compactor, and a 10-cubic-foot chest freezer, along with granite countertops. Heating is provided by a Webasto diesel cabin heater. An 11-foot dinghy with a 20-horsepower Yamaha outboard completes the inventory.
