2000 Fantasy Escape From LA

This 75-foot aluminum houseboat is built for extended time on the water. Powered by twin MerCruiser 5.7L engines, it carries 750 gallons of fuel capacity across multiple tanks, including a dedicated 250-gallon toy tank. A reinforced upper awning provides shade, and recent refinishing of the fiberglass top keeps the structure protected.

The layout includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a shower. A second cuddy cabin offers additional sleeping space. The galley features a deluxe sink and faucet, solid surface countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Granite countertops and plank flooring throughout create a finished living space, with all furniture included.

Mechanical and utility systems have been upgraded. An enlarged generator supports the 3000-watt inverter, while a high-pressure water pump feeds a lake water system with water heater and additional water tank. Laundry is handled by stackable washer and dryer units, and a deck shower offers outdoor convenience. The boat is equipped for comfortable habitation during extended stays on the water.
