This 2000 Sumerset houseboat spans 73 feet with a 16-foot beam and aluminum hull. Twin 5.0-liter Mercruiser EFI engines power the boat, supported by a 12.5 kW Westerbeke generator. The flybridge features molded seating and dual engine controls, with inside stairs connecting to the top deck. A 3.0-ton marine heat and air system maintains climate control throughout.

The layout includes three bedrooms—a king master with understorage, a queen guest cabin, and a cuddy—along with two full bathrooms.
