This 73-foot Sumerset aluminum houseboat from 2000 is built for extended comfortable cruising and entertaining. Twin 5.0L Mercruiser EFI engines with 429 hours provide reliable power, supported by a 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator and bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering. The flybridge features molded seating and dual controls, with inside stairs connecting to the main deck. A 3.0-ton marine heat and air system keeps the interior climate-controlled.

The accommodation layout includes three bedrooms—a king master with storage underneath, a queen guest cabin, and a cuddy—along with two full bathrooms.
