2001 Dufour Gib'Sea 33
About This Yacht
The 2001 Dufour Gib'Sea 33 is a 33-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built around generous interior volume and thoughtful deck design. The hull features TWARON reinforcement and a distinctive dolphin nose bow that keeps ground tackle handling off the foredeck, opening up working space forward. A centralized engine room provides easy access for maintenance of the single 15-horsepower Volvo diesel.
Below deck, two cabins offer comfortable sleeping space, with the saloon settees converting into additional berths. The main saloon and galley occupy an unusually spacious area for a boat this size, filled with light from numerous portholes. A large head and shower serve the accommodation.
The cockpit is notably roomy with straightforward boarding access. The deck features an effective nonskid surface throughout, and the hull design reflects the modern approach Dufour brought to the Gib'Sea line during this period.
