This 2001 Island Packet 420 is a 42-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with a well-maintained traditional design. The boat carries a fully battened mainsail with three reefing points and modern sails that provide both speed and comfort in a range of conditions. Her layout avoids unnecessary structural additions like arches or solar arrays, keeping the topsides clean and reducing windage. A 75-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine provides auxiliary power.

The yacht accommodates two cabins and two heads. A 12-volt generator system supports battery charging while maintaining an uncluttered deck layout. The boat was originally used on the Great Lakes and later cruised in Florida and the Bahamas.
