2001 Saga 43
About This Yacht
The Saga 43 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built to blend racing-inspired design with comfortable cruising capability. Her long waterline maximizes both speed and interior volume, while her 43-foot length and 12-foot beam provide a solid platform for extended passages.
Below deck, the cabin offers six feet five inches of headroom with generous space between the settees amidships. The cabin sole features one-inch-thick teak and holly veneer. The galley is a spacious C-shaped layout with a 39-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep Corian countertop, refrigerator and freezer, and cabinetry designed for a microwave and gimbaled three-burner Force 10 stove with oven.
Power comes from a single Yanmar 4JH-2E diesel engine rated at 51 horsepower. A NextGen 3.5 kilowatt generator is also installed.
