The Desert Oasis is a 73-foot aluminum houseboat built for comfort and extended cruising on Lake Powell. Powered by new MerCruiser 350 MPI engines installed last season, it combines substantial fuel capacity—474 gallons in the main tanks plus a 140-gallon auxiliary tank—with a 15 kW Westerbeke generator and 3000-watt inverter system. The boat accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sleeping space for eighteen adults across multiple suites including a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, three queen staterooms, and a front-salon sofa-sleeper.
The galley is fully equipped with a full-size range and oven, dishwasher, dual refrigerator-freezers with ice-makers, microwave, and service for twelve. Two bathrooms feature new toilets, counters, sinks, and faucets. Interior amenities include washer and dryer, central vacuum, custom oak flooring, and full cabin carpeting. An upper flybridge with complete controls and stationary canopy provides commanding views, while the lower salon houses a 27-inch entertainment center and 10-CD stereo system.
Outdoor features encompass an upper deck with wet bar and refrigerator, a rear deck with Jet Ski davit and slip slide, a front deck with oversized six-burner barbecue, and a three-foot extended swim platform with boarding ramps and swim ladder. Starlink satellite internet was recently installed, along with new solar panels and updated interior furnishings including new couch, chairs, and stools. The boat carries full navigational and electronic controls, running and drive lights, spotlights, and complete safety equipment.
