This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2007 and configured to accommodate ten guests across multiple private suites. The design centers on a master stateroom with king bed and full bath, plus three additional queen suites, along with a sofa-sleeper in the front salon. Two heads serve the accommodations. The open fly-bridge layout provides commanding views and operates from a full instrument panel with electronic controls, depth finder, GPS, and ship-to-shore radio.
Power comes from twin 6.2-liter Mercruiser V8 engines installed in 2021, paired with new Bravo outdrives. A 15 kW Westerbeke generator supports the electrical systems. Fuel capacity totals 572 gallons across the main and auxiliary tanks, with fresh water capacity of 300 gallons and holding tank capacity of 600 gallons.
The galley is equipped with full-size stainless steel range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two large refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, plus a separate chest freezer on the front deck, handle food storage. A complete washer and dryer round out the interior appliances. Custom maple cabinetry with solid surface countertops, hardwood flooring installed in 2021, and custom furnishings throughout the cabin create the living spaces. Satellite stereo with speakers, a 40-inch LCD entertainment center with surround sound, and additional TV/DVD combos in the master and upper suites provide onboard entertainment.
The exterior includes an open upper deck with stationary canopy and rope lighting, wet bar with mini fridge, swim platform with ladder, BBQ grill, and dual PWC ramps with winches on the rear deck. Hardwood decking, new exterior carpet, and safety railings are featured throughout. Starlink was added in 2023. The 12-volt house battery system and 3000-watt inverter were renewed in 2021.
