This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2005 by Sumerset and is designed to accommodate large groups on extended stays. It sleeps up to 20 adults with deluxe accommodations for 10, featuring a private master suite with queen bed and full bathroom, five additional private suites with queen and full-size beds, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the front salon. Two heads serve the interior, each with solid surface countertops and custom flooring.
The boat is powered by twin 115-horsepower fuel-injected Honda engines and carries 300 gallons in the main fuel tanks plus 150 gallons in an auxiliary tank. A 12.5-kilowatt Westerbeke generator provides backup power, supported by a 12-volt house battery system, 2,800-watt inverter, and dual solar panels. Fresh water comes from a UV system fed by a 200-gallon holding tank, ensuring ample supply for extended cruising.
Accommodations include a full galley with service for 12, complete with stainless steel range, oven, dual 25-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, dishwasher, microwave, and washer-dryer combo. The interior features custom maple cabinetry, solid surface countertops, full carpeting, fabric ceiling with dropped soffits, and custom furnishings throughout. Central air conditioning and heating maintain comfort in all spaces.
The upper deck offers an open fly-bridge with complete helm controls, 24-foot fiberglass hardtop with lighting, and a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Outdoor amenities include a rear deck water slide, two personal watercraft ramps with winches, front deck barbecue grill, full extended swim platform, and extensive Trex diagonal decking. Navigation equipment includes a combination depth finder and GPS at the helm, marine radio, and full instrument panel.
