2002 Catalina 36 MkII

This 2002 Catalina 36 MkII is a well-maintained cruising sailboat with a thoughtfully designed interior. The boat features two private cabins: an aft cabin with a double berth positioned athwart ship, and a forward V-berth with its own private entrance to the head and oversized shower. The U-shaped galley is centerline mounted with double sinks for comfortable meal preparation and cleanup under way, along with a double refrigerator and dry storage combination, plus a gimbaled stainless steel LPG stove and oven.

The 35 hp Universal diesel engine has 705 hours of operation.

Equipment includes an electric windlass, a 33 lb galvanized Bruce anchor with 5/16-inch chain and 5/8-inch nylon rode, and a RayMarine ST60 chart plotter with display of boat speed, water depth, wind speed, and wind direction.
