This 43-foot custom offshore cruiser was designed and built for serious blue water sailing and extended cruising. Her full keel, double-ended hull, and cutter rig provide the seakeeping ability, stability, and safety characteristics essential for ocean passages. The fiberglass hull and deck combine durability with low maintenance, while a custom aluminum hard dodger with bulletproof glass shields the cockpit in all weather conditions.
An extensive refit beginning in 2020 brought the boat to a high standard of readiness. The Perkins 4-236 diesel engine was professionally rebuilt and paired with a Twin Disc transmission and Shaft-Lok brake system. New North Sails inventory, updated running rigging, and a new staysail furler support efficient sail handling. Navigation electronics were modernized with dual Lowrance displays, a Raymarine autopilot, new radar, and Furuno NMEA networking. Charging capacity was upgraded with a Balmar 200A alternator and Magnum inverter/charger, supplemented by solar and wind charging systems.
Below deck, a teak interior arranged for both comfort and practicality includes a forward Pullman berth, convertible salon double, and generous quarter berth. The galley features a four-burner propane stove with oven, dual stainless sinks, and two Nova Kool refrigeration units. Hydronic heating and an 11-gallon hot water tank provide year-round comfort. Recent upgrades include new interior cushions and mattress, an updated electric head with revised blackwater plumbing, and a cockpit shower.
A 2015 Oceanair hard-bottom tender with 10 HP outboard is included with the yacht.
