This 2003 Lakeview houseboat measures 68 feet in length with a 16-foot beam and aluminum hull construction. Twin 3.0L Mercruiser engines with 512 hours power the boat, paired with MMC electronic controls. The dual controls extend to the flybridge, which features seating for entertaining. A 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator and 2500W inverter with four new batteries provide onboard power, while water and holding capacities are each 200 gallons.

The accommodation layout includes four bedrooms—a king master suite, queen guest cabin, and two cuddy berths—along with two heads featuring vanities and showers. The main salon showcases hardwood flooring, a leather sectional sofa, and an entertainment center with flatscreen television. A wrap-around dining table and galley bar with ice maker and trash compactor comprise the dining area. The galley itself is equipped with granite countertops, a 30-inch electric range, 18-cubic-foot refrigerator and freezer, full-size dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer.

Outdoor living spaces are extensive. The 24-foot top with fans includes a Bluetooth stereo system with amplifier and speakers, while a roof wet bar provides additional entertaining space. Screen enclosures protect the aft and top decks, and a front deck isinglass enclosure offers weather protection. A water slide with lake water pump was added in 2025. Multiple televisions on the front and aft decks, along with exterior furniture and carpet installed in 2021, round out the outdoor setup. Central heat and air conditioning was upgraded in 2024.
