2003 Lakeview Houseboat

This 68-foot aluminum houseboat from 2003 features twin 3.0L Mercruiser engines with approximately 225 hours of operation. The outdrives were serviced in 2023 with new gimbal bearings installed. Power systems include a 12.5 kw Westerbeke generator and a 4000-watt inverter paired with four 8D AGM deep-cycle batteries. The boat carries two 55-gallon fuel tanks and is equipped with a rudder indicator for navigation.

The interior accommodates four bedrooms: a king master, two queens, and a double-twin configuration. The galley features a smooth-top electric range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and island countertop. A stacked washer and dryer provide laundry capability. Two heads are fitted with porcelain Atlantis II toilets upgraded with Raritan Av212 vortex-vac systems in 2022. Fresh water capacity totals 340 gallons across four 80-gallon tanks, and the 30-gallon electric hot water heater supplies both heads and galley. Central heat and air condition the living spaces.

Exterior features include a flybridge with Bimini top, canvas party top with rope lighting, canvas railings with dodgers, and a radar arch. The main deck offers a bar top with sink and under-counter refrigerator. Access is provided by rear spiral stairs and a starboard staircase. A front porch enclosure was added in 2020. Navigational equipment includes a depth finder and VHF radio. The boat carries 50-amp shore power and is US Coast Guard documented.

Recent updates include new exterior walls and graphics in 2023, new factory gelcoat on the top deck in 2023, and house batteries replaced in 2022. Engine batteries and generator batteries were also renewed in 2022. MMC controls were serviced in 2022.
