2004 Lakeview 16x68

This 2004 Lakeview houseboat is a 68-foot aluminum hull with twin 3.0L Mercruiser engines featuring just 119 hours of operation and MMC electronic controls. Power comes from a 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator. The boat carries 160 gallons of water, 200 gallons of fuel, and a 160-gallon holding tank. Navigation equipment includes a 12V VHF marine radio at the helm, and the electrical system is pre-wired for an inverter.

The accommodations include four bedrooms with a king master and queen guest berths, plus two full bathrooms with heads, vanities, and showers. The salon features a custom entertainment center with flat screen television, wood blinds throughout, and a combination of sleeper sofa and chairs. Flooring is newly installed LVT except in the bathrooms, which have tile.

The galley is well appointed with all black appliances: a 30-inch electric range, 18-cubic-foot refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, full-size dishwasher, and stacked washer and dryer. A galley bar with storage and glass doors provides additional workspace. Dining is accommodated by a table with chairs and stools. Climate control is managed by a 2.5-ton central heat and air system installed in August 2019.

Outdoor spaces are extensive. The flybridge has seating and dual controls. A 24-foot party top with lights and fan covers part of the upper deck, where a roof wet bar with refrigerator and storage sits alongside a four-person hot tub. The aft deck includes two recessed PWC ramps with electric winches, a water slide with lake water pump, mooring whips, storage lockers with shelves, and a recessed beaching ramp. A newly installed front deck enclosure with hard door completes the exterior. Front, top, and aft deck furniture is included.
