2003 Lakeview 16x70

This 2003 Lakeview 16x70 wide-body houseboat is built for extended time on the water. The aluminum hull carries four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a galley that includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The main cabin features a pull-out couch and connects to an upstairs dining area with bar seating, while a rooftop bar with integrated refrigeration and a Blackstone grill extend the entertaining space to the upper deck.

Propulsion comes from twin 3.0 MerCruiser gasoline engines paired with rear thrusters to simplify docking. A Westerbeke generator provides onboard power, supported by new lithium batteries and a recently installed inverter. Climate control includes a Carrier air conditioning unit and a gas firepit. Laundry is handled by a Bosch washer and dryer mounted below deck.

The recent upgrades reflect serious use: new exterior carpet, new slide with running water, front canvas enclosure, diamond plating down the sides, and horizontal roof storage. A custom shore plank and carrier system, along with a custom Sea-Doo ramp, complete the setup for lake living. Starlink internet and two televisions provide connectivity and entertainment.
