2003 Punch 1500

This 2003 Punch 1500 is a French-designed and built catamaran constructed with composite hulls combining GRP and Sapele plywood in Sicomin epoxy, a construction method that delivers exceptional stiffness and durability. The hull design includes large crash boxes and sacrificial foam sections below the waterline from bow to mini keel, offering substantial protection and straightforward repair capability. Built to Bureau Veritas Class, the boat was designed by the firm behind the award-winning Nautitech 441.

The yacht accommodates five cabins across its 49-foot length and 27-foot beam, with three heads. The interior features lacquered surfaces in sound condition throughout, presenting a clean and uncluttered layout suited to extended cruising.

The boat underwent significant refit work in 2018, which included a new Sparcraft mast, Dyneema standing rigging, Spectra carbon square-top mainsail, new Dacron genoa, aluminium bowsprit, and a full topside and superstructure repaint. A further refit in 2024 addressed additional renewals and improvements. The twin 110-horsepower Volvo diesel engines provide reliable power for offshore passages. Coppercoat antifouling was applied within the past year.
