2004 Beneteau Oceanis 473

This 2004 Beneteau Oceanis 473 is a Performance version fitted with a 2.10 metre deep keel, designed for serious offshore sailing. The yacht features three cabins arranged in the Owner's configuration: a spacious forward master and two aft double cabins, with two heads and showers. At 46 feet with a 14-foot beam, she combines the comfort needed for extended cruising with the sailing performance expected of the Oceanis line.

The boat is powered by a Volvo TMD22 diesel engine with approximately 2,000 hours. A major service was recently completed, including timing belt, injectors, turbo, and stainless steel exhaust elbow replacement. The engine has been professionally maintained throughout its life. A Max Prop three-blade propeller and bow thruster provide additional maneuverability.

Rigging and sails were comprehensively upgraded in 2023 with new standing rigging and a new genoa furler. Canvas includes a full-batten mainsail and genoa on the furler, a staysail, and a storm jib on a removable inner forestay. Navigation electronics feature a Raymarine Axiom 9 display installed in 2023, AIS, and a Raymarine autopilot with hydraulic ram. Additional systems include a 34-litre-per-hour watermaker with energy recovery, diesel heating, a bow thruster, and upgraded davits with integrated Starlink antenna.

The yacht underwent a comprehensive trans-Pacific preparation in 2023 that included new batteries, a complete anchoring system overhaul, and a new tender with outboard engine. Last haul-out was completed in June 2025, with preventive osmotic treatment applied using a five-layer epoxy system.
