2004 Delphia DELPHIA 40

This 2004 Delphia 40 is a cruising sailboat built by Poland's leading yacht manufacturer during the model's peak production years. The design prioritizes comfort and stability, featuring generous interior headroom, balanced sail plan, and straightforward handling across all points of sail and weather conditions.

The boat sleeps six across three cabins, with two heads fitted with electric toilets and a black water tank in the aft head. The saloon includes a full galley and spacious chart table. Cabinetry and upholstery are in good condition. The cockpit has fitted cushions and a wide working area.

The sail plan totals 79.2 square meters: full-batten mainsail with battens and cars, roller-furling jib, and an asymmetric spinnaker with pole (unused by the current owner). The rig includes a rigid vang and adjustable checkstay. A 57-horsepower Lombardini diesel provides auxiliary power, cruising at 6 knots. In 2024, the hull received a complete haul-out and service, with the saildrive coupling replaced. The standing rigging is original spiroid wire.

Four batteries support the boat: one 100 Ah engine battery replaced in May 2022, and three 90 Ah house batteries also replaced in May 2022. The boat has never been chartered and is on its third owner. Italian flag registration is current, with safety certification valid through June 2027.
