This 2004 Zuanelli Z49 S is a 49-foot sloop cutter built in fiberglass with a teak interior and blue hull. The boat carries a Yanmar diesel engine rated at 110 horsepower and features a through-keel mast with lead ballast. A Max Prop 3-blade folding propeller provides efficient propulsion. The deck is laid with teak and white grouting, with the hull maintained through annual hauling and covering.
The yacht accommodates six berths across three cabins: an aft double cabin with ensuite bathroom and shower, a forward double cabin, and an amidships cabin with two bunks. A convertible saloon table can create two additional sleeping berths when lowered. Two separate bathrooms serve the interior. Climate control comes via Webasto air conditioning and heating in every room, each with independent thermostats.
Sail handling centers on multiple furling systems: a Leisure hydraulic boom roller for the mainsail with battened sail, a Bamar hydraulic genoa furler, and a Bamar manual self-tacking staysail furler. A gennaker with bowsprit and sock completes the sail plan. Three electric and three manual winches manage the rig, supported by a manually adjustable backstay and piston vang. The wheelhouse features stainless steel brakes and cables.
Navigation and deck equipment include a Raymarine suite updated in 2015 with autopilot, radar, echo sounder, and VHF with AIS, plus a newer Axiom 7 chartplotter GPS from 2022. Power systems comprise 12 x 2V batteries totaling 820 amperes plus an AGM battery recently replaced. A Mastervolt Wisper 8000 generator, bow thruster, windlass, and telescopic gangway round out the mechanical systems. A Focchi tender with 9.9 hp Suzuki engine and a six-person life raft complete the onboard equipment. Fuel capacity is 600 liters; fresh water storage totals 700 liters across two tanks.
