2005 Catalina 470

This 2005 Catalina 470 is a 47-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built for extended cruising and comfortable living aboard. Powered by a 75-horsepower Yanmar Turbo diesel engine, it carries a full suite of sail handling systems including an in-mast furling mainsail, furling Genoa, dual electric primary winches upgraded in 2014, and a Harken cabin-top electric winch. A bow thruster and dual helm stations support easy maneuvering and watchkeeping underway.

The two-stateroom layout includes two heads and accommodations designed for extended time at sea or in port. The aft stateroom features a SelectComfort mattress, and both sleeping areas are finished in custom high-gloss teak. A full galley supports extended cruising, and the boat includes a washer and dryer for convenience. Ample storage is distributed throughout, with custom bedding and cockpit cushions provided.

The yacht is equipped with a Fisher Panda generator, Spectra water-maker, and auto pilot. On deck, a full canvas cockpit enclosure, removable teak cockpit grating, and dinghy davits with an outboard motor hoist complete the setup. Batteries were renewed in 2023.
