The 2005 Dixon Concordia 69 is a fiberglass catamaran measuring 69 feet in length with a 35-foot beam, designed by Bill Dixon and built by Concordia Yachts Thailand. She is powered by twin Yanmar 4LHA-DTP diesel engines producing 158 horsepower each, delivering a cruising speed of 6 to 8 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots. The yacht features feathering propellers and burns approximately 7.5 liters per hour at 1700 rpm. A Kohler 13-kilowatt generator provides onboard power, backed by LiFePO4 house batteries installed in March 2022 and 2,040 watts of solar panels added in 2018.
Accommodations span seven cabins offering thirteen berths across two single rooms, three doubles, one twin, and one triple room. Five heads include electric water heaters and bidet functions. The main saloon benefits from air conditioning, while the galley occupies the mid-starboard hull below deck and includes a large 558-liter refrigerator, 200-liter freezer, and three-burner Rinnal stove. Water production comes from dual systems: an HFO Serferi watermaker producing 220 liters per hour and a Spectra Cape Horn Extreme 330 generating 60 liters per hour. The yacht carries 1,500 liters of fuel and 1,100 liters of fresh water.
Navigation and safety systems include B&G triple chart plotters, autopilot, VHF, AIS, Iridium satellite communications, and a C-Class AIS unit from 2025. Eight Harken electric winches service the sloop-rigged sailing plan: a 143.5-square-meter main and 91-square-meter jib, both Dacron from 2019. Deck equipment includes a Maxwell 3500 VWC windlass fitted in April 2025, 90 meters of 12-millimeter chain, and a Rocna 70-kilogram anchor with a Fortress FX85 spare. A davit system deploys a 4.7-meter RIB tender with Yamaha 40-horsepower outboard (both 2022) and a 2.9-meter sub-tender with 15-horsepower outboard. Safety gear includes an eight-person life raft from 2024, EPIRB, life jackets, and flares.
Both diesel engines received full mechanical overhauls at 8,798 and 7,734 hours respectively, with 3,527 and 3,685 hours accumulated since service. The hull received fresh antifouling in Istanbul in February 2024 with six coats applied.
