This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2007 and configured to accommodate ten guests across multiple private suites. The design centers on comfortable living spaces with a master suite featuring a king bed and full bath, three additional queen suites, and a front salon with a queen sofa-sleeper. The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full-size range and oven, two large refrigerator-freezer units with ice makers, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a washer and dryer for extended stays.

The main deck and upper fly-bridge offer extensive entertainment and social areas. An open fly-bridge with helm station sits above, complemented by an upper deck canopy with rope lighting, wet bar, and stationary controls. The rear deck features a swim platform, boarding ramps, and is equipped with two PWC ramps and winches. A front deck includes a built-in BBQ grill and full-size chest freezer. Interior finishes include custom maple cabinetry, hardwood flooring throughout the cabin, solid surface countertops, and custom drapery on tinted windows.

Power comes from twin 6.2-liter Mercruiser V8 engines installed in 2021 with new Bravo outdrives, supported by a 15-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. Fuel capacity totals 572 gallons across main and auxiliary tanks. The electrical system features a 3000-watt inverter and newly replaced house batteries. Onboard systems include Starlink internet added in 2023, combination GPS and depth finder at the helm, marine radio, and a comprehensive entertainment setup with multiple televisions and surround sound throughout.

The boat was refreshed with new hardwood flooring in 2021, new exterior deck carpeting, and updated bedding in all staterooms that same year. Fresh water capacity is 300 gallons with 600-gallon holding tanks. Full safety equipment, life jackets, anchors, lines, and docking gear are included.
