2006 Fantasy Houseboat

This 100-foot aluminum houseboat offers expansive living space with multiple entertaining areas. Twin 5.0 Mercruiser engines with Bravo II drives power the boat, supported by a 25 kW Westerbek generator. The vessel features bow and stern thrusters, a hydraulic swim platform, and dual jet ski ramps. A fly bridge with hardtop and radar arch overlooks the main deck, with an additional party top featuring a half bath, bar with grill, and covered access. The integrated MMC control system includes remote capabilities and depth finder.

Accommodation spans four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The main master features a king bed with en suite, double vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. A second master holds a queen bed with en suite. Forward cuddies provide a queen berth and two twin berths, with an additional guest bathroom. The layout includes a full galley with island, wet bar, and recently updated kitchen appliances, along with a washer and dryer.

Systems include dual 80-gallon fresh water tanks, three 80-gallon waste tanks with a new sanitation system capable of MSD diversion, and 328 gallons of fuel capacity across two tanks. Climate control comprises central heat and air, five televisions, and ceiling fans throughout. Power management includes a 4000-watt Xantrex inverter, 12 battery bank replaced in 2020, and updated battery charging system from 2021. Safety features include three bilge pumps, VHF radio, CO and smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers.

Recent updates include new front and rear enclosures, diamond plate tread paneling, new outdoor carpeting, roof gelcoat, interior repainting, and updated kitchen appliances—all completed in 2024. The central heat and air system, water pump, and hot water heaters were refreshed in 2021.
