2009 Sumerset 19x105

This 2009 Sumerset houseboat is 105 feet long with a 19-foot beam and an aluminum hull. It is powered by twin 5.0L MPI Mercruiser engines with Bravo II outdrives and DTS controls, paired with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering. The boat carries 380 gallons of fuel, 400 gallons of fresh and black water, and is equipped with a 22.5 KW Westerbeke generator plus dual 2800-watt inverters with 16 batteries. A new dry stack generator exhaust system has been installed.

The accommodations include four bedrooms—a master with a Sleep Number bed, two guest cabins with king and queen berths, and a cuddy—along with three full baths and a half bath on the aft deck. The galley features granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances including a 30-inch electric range with oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispensing, microwave, and dishwasher. A wine cooler sits in the bar area. Natural maple interior paneling and cabinetry throughout, with tile flooring in the galley, hallway, laundry, and bathrooms. The laundry room has front-loading washer and dryer units.

Living spaces span multiple decks. The main salon includes a custom entertainment center with large smart TV and Bose 191 surround sound speakers. The flybridge features dual controls, radar arch sport top, built-in storage, and seating for 15, along with a roof bar equipped with sink, refrigerator, ice maker, and Blackstone grill. The upper deck includes a large hot tub and a 36-inch fiberglass party top with lights, fans, speakers, and two flat-screen televisions. A water slide on the rear deck operates via 12-volt pump.

Additional features include three 19-gallon hot water tanks, 5-ton roof-mounted central heat and air, KVH satellite dish with auto-tracking, anodized railing package, and painted hard-side rails on upper and lower decks. Two recessed PWC ramps with hydraulic lifts and a waverunner fuel system with 92-gallon tank provide water recreation capability. A recessed beaching ramp is included, along with a front deck enclosure featuring a hard door and two televisions.
