2006 Gibson 5500

This 55-foot Gibson 5500 houseboat is built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Crusader 8.1L HO V-drive engines producing 425 horsepower each, with approximately 600 hours on the engines. The boat features two full cabins with climate control throughout, two heads with showers, and substantial indoor and outdoor living space.

The main salon includes a full galley with refrigerator, and the flybridge is enclosed with a hardtop for weather protection. Navigation and deck equipment include GPS, horn, spotlight, and windlass. The boat offers multiple deck areas—front, rear, and a party deck on the upper level—along with both a lower and upper helm station.

Recent work includes a hull bottom paint completed in 2025 and updated canvas. The boat has been maintained in a covered slip on the Tennessee River.
