This 2006 Lagoon 500 catamaran spans 51 feet with a 28-foot beam and is built from fiberglass using infusion moulding. Powered by twin 125 hp Solé Hyundai diesel engines with saildrive transmission and 1,100 hours, the yacht features dual engine controls positioned on the flybridge and at the interior chart table. The four-cabin layout accommodates guests across both hulls, with four full bathrooms and a spacious saloon opening to a central chart table. Construction includes a gull-wing deck for sea comfort, with teak finishing throughout the cockpit, aft decks, and flybridge access.
The interior is appointed with air conditioning across the saloon and all four cabins, an E300 watermaker, Kosner cooling, and comprehensive galley equipment including a four-burner gas cooker, traditional oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, and separate fridge and freezer. The owner's cabin occupies the starboard hull with a private en suite and storage. Two additional double cabins—one forward on the port hull with sea views and one on the starboard bow—each include en suite bathrooms. Power systems comprise 650 watts of solar panels, a 12 KVA Kohler generator, four service batteries, engine batteries, and a windlass battery managed by a Fraron intelligent charger with onboard inverter.
Deck equipment includes an electric windlass with 105 meters of 12 mm chain, Delta anchor, hydraulic gangway, dinghy davits with electric winch, dual swimming ladders, and a cockpit shower with hot and cold water. Raymarine electronics throughout the flybridge and chart table provide GPS plotter, autopilot, dual VHF with DSC, and multifunction displays. The rigging features five Harken electric winches, a furling genoa and gennaker with complete spinnaker equipment, and a mainsail with a lazy bag added in 2020.
Recent service work includes engine servicing in 2022, watermaker and generator servicing, saloon refits, and battery replacements across the battery banks. Windlass replacement, rigging overhaul, mainsail modification, and exterior upholstery work on the aft cockpit and foredeck occurred in 2021. Galley and bathroom refits were completed in 2020. A life raft and beacon are aboard.
