This 2006 Roger Hill 12 is a fiberglass power catamaran built for coastal cruising and fishing. With a 4.4-meter beam, 1-meter draft, and 8,000-kilogram displacement, the hull delivers the stability and comfortable ride quality the catamaran design provides. Twin Mercury diesel engines produce 640 horsepower and cruise the boat comfortably at 20 knots, with capability to reach 30 knots when needed.
The interior layout centers on a bright saloon with good natural light and an open flow to the galley. The master cabin spans beam-to-beam, using the catamaran's width to offer substantial space and storage. An additional cabin and single head complete the accommodation plan. The large open cockpit aft provides a practical platform for fishing, entertaining, or anchoring.
Electrical systems have been recently updated: three 120-amp-hour house batteries were replaced in 2024, engine batteries installed in December 2025, and a Xantrex True Charge 2 40-amp charger manages shore power and solar charging. Navigation and autopilot duties fall to Raymarine electronics including GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder, and autopilot. The engine compartment shows a strong maintenance history with receipts documenting diligent care. The boat carries current EWOF certification.
