2006 Thoroughbred 20x90

This 90-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2006 and features four separate sleeping areas: a master suite with king bed, a queen stateroom, an office with queen berth, and a cuddy cabin with twin beds. Two full bathrooms and a half bath on the rear deck serve the accommodations. The yacht is powered by twin 5.0 MPI Mercruiser engines with Bravo II outdrives, backed by hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering. A 25 kW Westerbeke generator and 4-ton water source HVAC system support extended use, with fresh water and fuel capacity of 400 and 200 gallons respectively.

The main deck centers on a large galley with full stainless appliances including a 22-foot side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and wine cooler. A formal dining area seats four, while a bar-style galley counter accommodates six. The salon features a 55-inch entertainment center with surround sound. Granite countertops run throughout, with acacia wood flooring in the main living spaces and tile in the bathrooms.

Outdoor spaces are expansive. The flybridge has dual controls, sport top, built-in seating, and sun lounges. A 30-foot fiberglass party canopy with screens, lights, and fans covers the upper deck, which includes a new hot tub for six to eight people. A rooftop bar holds a sink, refrigerator, icemaker, and dumbwaiter to the galley. The aft deck has two personal watercraft ramps with winches, a water slide with pump system, and side hallway access. The front deck is enclosed with screens and hard doors.

The hull received a gelcoat refresh in 2020, and exterior carpet was replaced the same year. The engines have logged 165 hours, and the generator shows 1,291 hours. Insulated walls, ceilings, windows, and doors support year-round comfort.
