This 90-foot aluminum houseboat is built for entertainment and comfort on the water. Twin 5.0 MPI-Bravo II outdrives provide power, backed by a Westerbeke 25 kW generator, a 3000-watt inverter with six batteries, and substantial fuel capacity across ten 190-gallon tanks. Large bow and stern thrusters offer precise maneuvering. The boat includes a water slide, jet ski ramps, and an 11.2-foot swim platform for water sports access.

The main deck centers on a galley with an island featuring eight bar stools, stainless steel appliances including a 30-inch range, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. The master and guest areas each have full baths with showers. Two lower cuddies provide additional berths. Corian countertops and a full home theater system with multiple zones across the front deck, rear deck, master, salon, and party top—including a 44-inch television in the salon and 27-inch in the master—support extended entertaining.

The hardtop structure spans 30 feet with an aluminum arch and includes a wet bar with ice maker and refrigerator, separate hardtop over the flybridge, and an open bow flybridge with built-in seating. Rope lighting runs throughout the salon, both decks, and party top. The boat carries two water heaters totaling 40 gallons, four 80-gallon water tanks, and separate hinged battery compartments on the front deck. Multiple fans on the front and aft decks provide ventilation, while extensive rear deck storage and a lake washdown system add practicality.
