2007 Catalina 470

The 2007 Catalina 470 is a 47-foot fiberglass cruising sailboat built for extended passages and comfortable living aboard. Powered by a 75 hp Yanmar diesel engine, it combines capable sailing performance with liveaboard-level accommodations. The boat spent its entire life in freshwater, a significant advantage for hull and systems preservation.

Topside, the layout prioritizes both sailing efficiency and comfort. The cockpit features teak flooring, a hard top dodger, and full canvas enclosure. Sailing systems include an in-boom Leisure Furl mainsail, Harken electric winch, autopilot, and a bow thruster for tight marina maneuvering. Electronics were updated in 2021 with a Raytheon package including AIS.

Below deck, the 470 offers two cabins, two heads, and a well-appointed interior centered around a spacious salon. The galley and accommodations include a washer-dryer combo and a Fisher Panda generator for onboard power. Storage is extensive throughout. All batteries were replaced in 2024. A Gala A300D inflatable tender with Kato lifting davits is included.
