This 2007 Fantasy 19x112 is a 110-foot aluminum houseboat built for extended cruising and entertaining. The boat features twin 5.7 MPI Mercruiser engines with DTS electronic controls, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and a 20 KW Westerbeke generator. Interior accommodations include five bedrooms—two king master suites, two queen guest cabins, and one twin cuddy—along with three full bathrooms and a half bath on the upper deck. The design emphasizes headroom and hull depth with 6-inch taller walls and a 6-inch deeper hull compared to standard models.

The galley is equipped with all stainless appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, 30-inch radiant range with oven and microwave, trash compactor, and garbage disposal. A separate galley bar features a refrigerator, ice maker, and wine cooler. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. The salon features entertainment with flat-screen TV and custom surround sound throughout. A 3000-watt sine wave inverter with batteries provides auxiliary power.

The flybridge was redesigned with dual helm controls, sport top, two sun pads, and additional seating. A 36-foot fiberglass party and sport top covers part of the upper deck and includes lights, fans, and speakers. The top deck features a 6-person Jacuzzi hot tub, dumb waiter service to lower levels, and a 3-piece roof bar with sink, refrigerator, ice maker, trash compactor, and built-in stainless gas grill. The main deck includes a front enclosure with two hard doors, flat-screen TV, fans, and blinds.

Recreation amenities include a water slide on the rear deck with 12-volt pump, hydraulic swim platform with jet ski rails, and three wash-down stations with lake pump. A 92-gallon fuel tank supports a Waverunner. The boat received a new 5.0-ton central HVAC system in 2023. Furniture is positioned throughout front, aft, and top deck areas.
