2008 Sharpe 105 Custom Houseboat

This 105-foot Sharpe Custom Houseboat is built on an aluminum hull and powered by twin MerCruiser engines producing 600 horsepower total. A one-of-a-kind design, the boat was built in 2008 and features a beam of 20 feet, providing substantial interior and outdoor space.

The accommodations include four staterooms and three full bathrooms, along with full-size galley appliances. Interior systems include water-cooled air conditioning, an integrated Wi-Fi network with dedicated iPad control, and satellite television feeds to multiple screens throughout the boat. The sanitary system uses MSD treatment technology to eliminate holding tank odors.

The upper deck emphasizes entertaining and outdoor living. A large party area includes a hot tub, wet bar with U-shaped seating for 12, multiple televisions, a grilling station, and an upper helm. The boat carries 11 televisions total, all fed by KVH satellite service. Two jet ski storage ramps with an integrated fueling station provide space for towed water toys. Three fire pits complete the outdoor amenities.

The boat is equipped with comprehensive systems and storage for extended living aboard or weekend use. All major appliances and entertainment systems are in place.
