2007 Fountaine Pajot Salina 48

The 2007 Fountaine Pajot Salina 48 is a fiberglass catamaran built for comfortable cruising and strong sailing performance. Powered by a single 50-horsepower Volvo diesel engine, it delivers the stability and handling characteristic of the proven Salina design. The hull spans 48 feet in length with a 7.83-foot beam, providing spacious accommodations across four cabins and six heads.

The interior supports both private cruising and charter use, with air conditioning throughout all cabins and living spaces. Power systems include a lithium battery bank, a Victron Energy setup with smart chargers and inverters, and substantial solar panels that enable extended off-grid operation. A watermaker provides autonomous fresh water production. A generator supports these systems when needed.

The boat underwent a full interior and exterior refit in summer 2025, including modernized finishes and refreshed upholstery. Additional equipment includes a dinghy with outboard motor for tender duties. The layout and systems prioritize reliability and ease of operation, making this a well-equipped platform for either extended private cruising or charter work.
